Food, wine, jazz, craft beer and art… what a great combination. Savouring a bowl of butternut squash soup, creatively prepared by using squash picked the day before from a farm just down the road was but one thing you could do. There was warm apple crisp made using freshly picked apples and drizzled with local maple syrup. Or an entree featuring fresh, grass-fed organic local beef paired wine or beer from one of Prince Edward County’s award-winning wineries and craft beer breweries. Savour indeed.
